The age categories were divided into the Children's (3-5), Junior (6-9), Youth (10-12), and Teen (13-16) groups.

For young-aged children, this contest helps them depict dreams, record friendships, and express emotions; for middle school students, it may evolve into a deeper exploration of artistic forms and social issues.

Their achievements in awards such as creativity, color, and composition demonstrate that WCAAD students not only excel in comprehensive abilities but also showcase distinct strengths in specific dimensions of artistic expression, truly reflecting the outcomes of a well-rounded art education.
