West California Academy of Art and Design (WCAAD) students won the 28th Congressional Award and 49th Assembly District Award in the 2025 Rosemead Fitness Day and Health Fair Children’s Drawing Contest with themes of “Healthy Living,” “Protect the Environment” and “Water-in-Motion.”
